It was a good day on the SouthCoast Saturday. A great Portuguese breakfast at Tia Maria’s and a stroll in @NewBedford_MA historic district w/ @TLMurray12 and then a little golf with Dr. Quinn in Dartmouth.

Yesterday at Mass during the prayers of the faithful, petitions were offered so that all workers be paid a living wage, have a safe work environment and find meaning in their work. Today we celebrate the American Labor movement and the American worker for what they do everyday. #LaborDay

Had a great time this weekend at the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament at Madeira Field in New Bedford. Terrific Portuguese food and port wine. Got myself a hat !

Saw this Rambler American convertible at the beach today in Dartmouth, MA. A stick shift with the shift on the steering wheel. I remember my father’s Rambler from back in the 70’s.

The Moby Dick Brewing Company in New Bedford is always a great stop for a bite to eat and a beer. Loved this partnership to benefit the United Way of Greater New Bedford. Did my part to help. Watermelon Ale was terrific.

Beer League Hockey Bucket List Box checked tonight. Played against a former @NHL player. We lost but good game. He might have been going at half speed but have story to tell grandkids whenever that day comes. Teammate C.B. Tuite has played against several. 😂 🏒

Yesterday was a beautiful day for the Anna Maria College golf tournament. Incoming President Dr. Sean Ryan already sporting Anna Maria gear. Looking forward to his leadership in taking AMC to the next level. Enjoyed golfing with my nephew Tom, a recent graduate of UMass Amherst.

Watched @RedSox Garrett Crochet dominate on the mound and the Red Sox bats came alive. Nice win and lots of Red Sox fans at the Royals Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. Also Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. is a heck of a player.
