What we're watching now:
1. Can Liberals get a majority government? (They haven't had one since 2019.)
2. Will the early voting being counted late help Liberals flip some current Tory leads? It has in Atlantic Canada.
3. If Libs get a minority gov again, curious if NDP alone makes up the gap.

The reason we know about RFK Jr’s brain worm is that he mentioned it during a divorce deposition, to argue that he was cognitively impaired and therefore had limited earning potential.

Classic Roberts.... chips away at a fundamental right until there's nothing left and claims nothing is overturned. What's that line? When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

the Court says it's not *overruling* those prior cases, but it reinterprets them in a way that effectively nullifies them -- and makes it exceptionally difficult for schools to have race conscious admissions programs.

I'm going to try to do on Blue Sky what I avoided doing on the bird app thing... that is to keep one account for everything which means I will occasionally say things that aren't strictly nonpartisan. When I do that, I am 1000% not speaking on behalf of my employer, which is a 501(c)(3). 'kay? Cool.
