Before long the USA will be renamed Trumpica.
Everything in his world really can only be about him.

The Criminal in Chief is making the USA a lawless pit.

That they don't stand aside suggests it is just serving their own interests.
December 6, 2025 at 4:52 PM
Due to the fear of violence they have I sometimes have moments of sympathy for politicians, even Republican.

However in the end I come back to they should quit and let someone with the spine to take a stance take their place; thus being safe and serving their nation.
December 6, 2025 at 4:52 PM
Probably wanted to rename it the "Tump National really really excellent Laboratory"
December 6, 2025 at 4:41 PM
I think, as do many, there's no war. Hence international murder.

However if you take the criminal adminstrations word as correct that they're at war then it's looking like a blatant war crime.

Crime with or without a war.
December 6, 2025 at 4:14 PM
It would be a good start.

I think a complete ban of foreign donations should be easy with popular people support. Except parties in power don't seem to care about the support of the electorate anymore.
December 6, 2025 at 12:23 AM
Ban all political donations to parties and people.
Better increasing taxes on the rich people and companies.
Fund elections from those taxes.
Probable exception to letting individual donations of small amounts be used to fund deposits to stand. Like £50 per head and must UK be eligible to vote.
December 5, 2025 at 1:32 PM
The party that claims itself "for the common man" is actually the party of 3 rich, self serving, probably very nasty men.
December 5, 2025 at 1:27 PM
Electorally it also seems daft in that Greens and LD probably have the most current overlap in pointing the same way opposed to authoritarian Labour, corrupt Conservatives and revolting Reform.
December 4, 2025 at 1:50 PM
It's surely (understandable) fear of possible subsequent events (eg. would anyone side with Russia) that has people answering that way.

But like most things, the longer you put off the unpleasant the harder or worse it beomces. (eg. Climage Change, planetary heating.)
December 4, 2025 at 1:42 PM
I'm in the UK. Naturally I wold prefer to not see war. But given Ukraine is holding Russia on it's own I think any (EU or former like the UK) would be fully able to fight Russia at Ukraine's side.
Russia is already stretched far enough it should take much more to for it to break.
December 4, 2025 at 1:42 PM
"Making War Crimes Constitutional" - I read that twice before wondering what twisted alternate reality I'd woken up into or perhaps best pinch myself to see if I'm in a demented dream satire.
December 4, 2025 at 1:36 PM
Just reading about AI incursions into sectors of life.

Made me think the last laugh might be when the AI rise up and eliminate the "elite" as the most unnecessary to their and the people doing real work get to survive.
December 2, 2025 at 7:37 PM
And in the new year he'll be releasing a whole set of new numbers that are muchly better than the old DEMOCRAT and COMMUNIST numbers currently used. Better numbers than ever seen before.
December 2, 2025 at 4:43 PM
The (billionaires) enormous wealth only has meaning in the context of a lawful ordered society. It has no tangible relation to anything like a gold standard.

Without the things funded by tax the system that gives their wealth value is in danger of collapse. But they're too greedy to see it.
December 2, 2025 at 4:40 PM
Or we revert to serfdom/slavery but this time with corporate overlords.
December 2, 2025 at 4:39 PM
You make the start of a stronger point.

If they don't want to pay tax take everything they've benefited from in the past from them too. The past they thrived on, the present they live in and expectations of a smooth future all depend on taxation.
December 2, 2025 at 4:39 PM
I'd say worse than theft, more like endentured servitude. Or wage slave.

Which of course only works so long as all the haves run their affairs in a similar exploitative fashion.
December 2, 2025 at 4:36 PM
In other cultures people give their time for "barn raising", etc. Pooling effort in a none abstract manner.

Some stupidity is staggering in its depth of ignorance.
December 2, 2025 at 4:33 PM
Legal system.

Basically nothing happens without pooling resources. And taxation is a way of all (none selfish f'wits) abstractly pooling resources for mutual progress and benefit.

Even in the ancient past serf's, peasants, etc. contributed.
December 2, 2025 at 4:33 PM
Or put it another way, if Rory can see the harm and depth of the inequality why isn't he angy like Gary?

Rather than deflecting with capitulation on grounds of "political realites".
December 1, 2025 at 9:23 PM
Why do I compare it to the HRA. Well those big money entities accuse the HRA of being used scurrilously but it's exactly theat for the obscene fantastic claims of POSSIBLY lost profits they're raising cases for in secret "court".

It's just obscene.
Almost anything done in secret must be suspected.
