Time definitely flies. What used to be a 15/18 minute meditation has gone to a 30 minute mediation...but still feels like a 15 minutes. Meditation time slippage.

There's a Canadian guy on YouTube that I watch where he communicates with spirits through EVP's cleaned up with AI. No joke...it's a real channel. He's got well over 300 videos doing this.
Yesterday, he made a video clip compilation of his basement renovation. I loved this video the most.

A very interesting thing happened to me two years ago; I got laid off.
That's not really interesting or unique anymore...but what followed was more interesting. I had an experience that pulled me out of one of the deepest pits of despair I was ever in.

Mostly, I can't listen to anything with lyrics during the day when I'm doing "Thinking work"...it's too much of a distraction. So there is a lot of ambient stuff I listen to.

Moving on from SurveyMonkey, I've joined Roofr as their Head of Design. It's so much easier to say what I do for work now: "I make software for roofing companies."
