I guess I don't remember how I made the quick version of Blackened Garlic. All methods say it should take 3-8 weeks in a rice cooker or slow burn oven.

We survived the ride.
Knees were a pain, and stomach suspiciously weird today (made mistakes for dinner yesterday and paid the price on the porcelain throne), but all good for now.
Regaled my car troubles to my relatives and got the quick tour of things to know when I come back to pick my mom up.
