The #CityOfAustin not only wasted a cool $200,000 for a logo so ironically milquetoast for a city of artists, but put the news on a site that _could_ become usable and accessible for citizens at a fraction of the cost. It's insulting to the people who live here. Do better, #Austin. Do WAY better.

Really tickled when #SwiftUI ties visual presentation to #a11y. Want to make a button look prominent in an alert? Give it the default #keyboard shortcut! #Accessibility should be the first thing we think of. Visuals should be based off there.

Steam’s new TOS update is kinda blowing my mind. I’m not a lawyer, but this seems like a surprisingly pro-consumer turnaround, no?
The updated Steam Subscriber Agreement, with the text: “We've updated the Steam Subscriber Agreement. The updates affect your legal rights. They include changes to how disputes and claims between you and Valve are resolved. The updated dispute resolution provisions are in Section 1Q and require all claims and disputes to proceed in court and not in arbitration. We've also removed the class action waiver and cost and fee-shifting provisions.“
