One of my generic hypothesis (hot takes) is the next great economic growth period in the US will come when employer healthcare is replaced with some affordable alternative. Portability of insurance has the next Steve Jobs afraid to risk health/life for his idea.

Being tied to a job for both healthcare and daycare is not a good system. No better way to stymy entrepreneurship than those 2 things.

While I hope you right, I’m not sure I see it. Not many of the current electeds are off to a good start if they plan to be on this path.
