More Splatoon x Hey Arnold! art. Was thinking of making captain three and agent 8 shortaki with some more depressing/dark moments mixed with a lot of tension.

So let me start putting some art up starting with the Splatoon x Hey Arnold Crossover I’ve done where it started one way with Helga as an inkling and Arnold as an octoling but it ended up flipped later on.
