My daughter (14) has, thankfully, never been interested in Roblox. She played quite a lot of Minecraft a couple of years ago. These days, there’s a lot of Tetris 99, Ace Attorney, and she’s starting out on Breath of the Wild.

Granted, it’s been over 15 years since I played it, but it really felt that the last 30% was written in a panicked drunken afternoon. After a great build-up, the landing was shockingly bad.

I’m very much leaning away from PS5 and Xbox these days, and focusing on Switch 2 and PC, but the PC physical scene is almost dead, with the exception of costly special editions, and even they tend to be digital licences.
