Wasn’t quite big enough for the 50th but it’s a really good film I enjoy, production issues & mixed promotion killed its box office. Would love to see one more, what’s your issue with Quinto? I like him but his voice isn’t deep enough

Visuals and score for TMP are just beautiful, into darkness is bloody great until cumberbatch announces he’s K and then we get reverse TWOK for alot of the rest of the film.

You’re a sick man, though search for Spock is superb and so underrated

Has a great story concept
But the action isn’t great even for the time (the wormhole scene is a bit embarrassing) & Kirk & Spock’s characters regressing never sat right with me but so much to love, made my peace with it, the 4K box set is Lush. TSFS is brilliant

Gutted to miss this again (missed the mcgann one) but it clashes with Liverpool comic con & sold out before I could commit to either, hoping Peter makes em con as he’s in costume there too with paul so although not the same, I’ll grab both in costume at least

It was a nice if brief era, the bridging point between vhs rental stores and streaming (I know rental stores went dvd too but I frequented them less post vhs) but I did use love film a lot for a while. Nice feeling receiving but scratched/dirty discs could be an issue,
