Hello my friends that know more than me (that does mean you) As I approach 30 I have a conundrum where my lower back has started hurting when I run. Usually about .75 mi in to a 1.5 mile run. 99% of the time not bad enough to stop immediately but I don't push it much further. Any advice?

Gotta be honest my friends, have not been feeling very :gaysheep: lately. Lots of rejection is wearing me down. I will persevere but it feels so difficult some nights
