I reckon if you really lock in you can knock off all those don't play mahjong tasks by lunch which should leave you plenty of time for mahjong in the afternoon.

Can't speak for Xbox users but for PS5, Gpose as normal to get all the bits of information they want in the screenshot, hide all the UI stuff and then take a screenshot using the PS share button. Then either grab that screenshot using the PS App on your phone or transfer it via USB to share it.
