Interested in the power of proteins to change human health and do cool things. Views do not reflect the opinions of my employers
In other words no chance. Hmm what could we do to help prevent the worst possible outcomes?

I have found the videos here very useful: www.bpdmc.org/archive

Is it possible to run this on a 40gb gpu?

Awesome- any structure based insights on how to make this process more efficient/faster to improve recombinant membrane protein expression?

This is not really true

Nice article. I guess one thing that I would add is that this desire is not new, and nearly everyone has been enhanced through vaccines

The attached paper seems like it has to do with chip design. Wrong link perhaps? Interested in the protein interaction system…

Why does it have to be anything besides that?

I think it’s here now. It’s pretty hard to get access to sufficient compute resources for things like bindcraft, at least for me. Takes weeks of running and 9 business days to order the genes ($89 each) and finish the expression +binding confirmation.

Scalable protein design using optimization in a relaxed sequence space
Machine learning (ML)–based design approaches have advanced the field of de novo protein design, with diffusion-based generative methods increasingly dominating protein design pipelines. Here, we repo...
