When you experience strong emotions, your brain only holds its attention to what makes you angry, scares and annoys you. All your thoughts are revolving around -"he\she is always like that", "he/she doesn't care", "he/she can't hear me", all of this is definitely going to end badly.😤

Panic attack can only be cured by proper behavior. It is important to learn not to do anything during the time, then your brain will learn not to see the threat and will stop panicking. There is nothing to do during the time!
