Just a few months ago MAGA was celebrating the SCOTUS decision in Loper Bright Enterprises holding that courts owe no deference to administrative agencies. And yes, judges can try generals for war crimes.

True, but this also points to the fragility of the whole system. A simple majority on the SCOTUS could reverse Youngstown and rule the other way. We should also be prepared for the Executive Branch to simply ignore rulings they disagree with.
