Happy Star Wars Day! Here’s a clip I animated of Yoda taking down two clone troopers. The audience already knew what he could do, but this was the first time I got to animate him taking down his targets. Revenge of the Sith is back April 25 for its 20th. May the 4th be with you. #StarWars

Thank you, Rob Coleman, for the shoutout in Light & Magic season 2, highlighting Yoda’s lightsaber moment from Attack of the Clones. CG was new, risky, and truly magical back then. Grateful to have been part of that era. If you haven’t seen it, give it a watch. #LightAndMagic

Many things inspired me to become an animator, one of them is this commercial that aired during the 1985 Super Bowl. Brilliance, created by Robert Abel and Associates, blew me away. Watching the making-of, it’s amazing to see how they pioneered techniques that are still used today. #Animation
