The current administration is already shutting the government down.

No senator should vote for a CR or budget they don't expect the President to follow.

Where's Trump's budget?

No senator should vote for a lie.
I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

Is there a cottage industry or class action lawsuit over federal firings...both from terminated employees over wrongful termination and citizens over damages from Congressionally funded services?

"If you can stop something bad from happening, and you don't, then it's basically your fault."

The kids are the ones that suffer...the government foots the bill...and everyone pays higher insurance rate. #Vaccines

Don't allow an Administration playing power games to distract you from your super powers.

Citizens produce and consume. Everything else just organizes that...it's why companies and governments are called organizations.

Act on what you believe and support that with your spending.

🤔 In a twisted way, is #DJT a beta version of future leaders FULLY guided solely by numbers.

In this case it's $$ exchanged by large collective action groups without transparency. In the future it'll be AI algorithms making recommendations that will often seem perplexing.

My new conspiracy theory is the companies and managers like less personal hiring processes. Like people checking out of corporate culture, leaders may be deciding that with culture-building the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

I wonder if anyone has studied how many lawyers Trump hires a year and their retention rate.

Is "we defended DJT" some sort of badge of honor?

Regardless of what the internet tells you, we live in a world where your consumption is your power.

Unhappy with gvnt efficiency, be inefficient and do taxes by mail

Unhappy with social media, use something else

Don't like a company's actions, don't buy their products.

Stay grounded in your values.

Remember that gratitude and compassion help you AND others.

Focus on what you WANT to and CAN impact.

Take action, small or large. But choose to do something.

The new US administration is causing unprecedented confusion and waste without a clear view of what it's trying to accomplish.

The resistance to this chaos should better broadcast focus and coherent progress.

Maybe #freedom shouldn't mean picking from prescribed options. #RethinkFreedom: the power to go, to refuse, to build anew. There's something to it. #DawnOfEverything

To me checks-and-balance gridlock does look like #DOGE efficiency or progress. It looks more like the inevitable conflict of trying to go backwards.

Caught this line in "The Ministry of Time" and been rolling it around.

Funny how often what was old becomes new. We could all do well remembering the parable of The Good Samaritan. 🙂🤝

What happened to talk about Internet access as a public regulated utility like electricity and water? I'm starting to wonder whether AI and data shouldn't be considered public services like education, transportation, and libraries. 🤔

With SO much evidence that #neurodiversity and #culturaldiversity yield business and financial growth, how can #woke hate still be a thing.

Don't trust arguments take away. Always add.
