Really looking forward to “The Rest is Classified” Makes sense why Gary Lineker is leaving the BBC, Goalhanger seems to have turned into the MCU of Podcasts, assembling such a variety of insightful commentators to help make sense of our shared world. Good Luck, you’ll top the charts in no time!

So if the land is now subject to IT, then it is less appealing to those avoiding tax, which means the value should diminish with the drop in demand. That in turn would mean that more actual farmers will be able to pass on land without triggering the higher IT payments. What am I missing here? 2/2

How does this discourse help the situation, polarisation and demonisation have always exacerbated the division and bloodshed. Which specific crime should Starmer be charged with in your opinion? Most Gazans AND Israelis just want peace, but commentators from both sides seem more interested in Likes.

Not at all, the “Masterclass in Student Politics” continues unabated. It’s just opposition for oppositions sake, from a politician who will always put her own and her parties interests before the country, despite her rhetoric claiming not to, as though no lessons were learned after their defeat.

My bad, after I read “The most recent show to fall foul of the axe was Kaos.” I didn’t bother scrolling through the ads. Good thing you’re using Two Eyes.
November 21, 2024 at 11:24 AM
Since this isn’t breaking news, and is “reporting” on something that happened over a month ago, I’ll save everyone a click, it’s Kaos, despite being well received it had low viewership. If The Independent wants to make money from clickbait, at least make sure the news is fresh, not recycled garbage.

Classic Clarkson, swinging at the BBC.

@vicderbyshire.bsky.social missed a trick, when he started going on about shooting she should have asked if he still thought shooting protestors was a preferable tactic, or if he only meant the poor protestors.

If Musk tried to sue X’s advertisers for withdrawing their adverts, can you imagine what he’d do to someone who creates a system that actively poaches X users… His ears will be venting more steam than one of his rockets!

Given the diminishment of the UK’s stature abroad, our waning soft power, need for partners in both trade and security, I find it justifiable, that’s why he has his Cabinet. These aren’t pleasure trips, he’s rebuilding the bridges that we need to ensure security and prosperity.

On behalf of His Majesty, King Charles III, I would like to purvey his solemn assurance that his United Kingdom has no intention of reclaiming the American Territories nor aid any sovereign in pursuing such an endeavour, and that he believes your current situation to be entirely self inflicted.

The fact that your post showed up on my feed, and I didn’t have to specifically search for it, is proof that moving away from The Bad Place is a f***ing fantastic decision, as John Sopel would say.
