If they are claiming the Secretary of Defense declassified information related to an imminent military operation then they are admitting they are incompetent!

It is a major security error to use a commercial application for these types of communications.
They should only be held in a SCIF.
Most people with a top secret clearance would likely be fired for an error like this. It would be virtually impossible to pretend it was an accident
