Wonderful! Thank you for the ‘continuing education’ (David Attenborough voice). I live in the neighbourhood of all these buildings and relish the clarification of what I see. I really enjoy your knowledge and willingness to share.

You could try baking soda to clean it. Probably not as good as Silvo or Never Dull but better than leaving it looking old. Those things were meant to shine as the centrepiece of the “Afternoon Tea”.

I had the same idea - building my stockpile.

Ever since George Plimpton I have liked the Lions but yesterday was catastrophic. Sorry for the ardent fans.

I am glad they decided against the flat roof and added some shape to the building. This is one of my favourites in town.

Love it - thank you.
Look who’s in the centre!
I am sorry that all the times I wandered those halls I missed these treats.

Somebody posted this once and I grabbed it as it stops bickering. A simple answer for readers.

Here’s my submission - little known but wonderfully done story.

The Men’s Shed is a wonderful idea and provides a place for men who lose their network when they retire. It is a simple idea that works. Our Shed started by 4 men 6 years ago and is now nearly 70.

I sure hope so. I’m here in the cheep seats 🇨🇦and have no say in the matter - but worry deeply about your dysfunctional orange monster and how seriously he could screw things up. I have a friend who left the USA in 2016. Will more flee??

I love the terminology, like other fields some words have different meanings and speak to the evolution of the craft.

Thoroughly enjoyed your post and found it enlightening. Thank you for sharing.

More actually ….
My Scout Troop met in the gym of the local public school and we always made an effort to be nice to the caretaker because he could make life easier or harder - your choice. Second most important person - the school secretary.
Kindness and courtesy grease a lot of skids in life.

I have used Pelican Brown for years but because I couldn’t any for some time I now have Monteverde Canyon Rust which I really like. It is close to what I’m used to. And seems tractable.
I use brown as my primary ink and have some blue or black cartridges for a change. But I love brown ink.

Plus shipping and handling and a whole whack of bad karma.

Coronel and the Falklands, two linked battles that were decisive and not well known.

Our Lady of the Angels school fire is even less well known and led to major improvements in fire safety. We seem to relearn the same basic lessons at a horrendous cost; 95 lives in Chicago.

Maybe counting all their money
(ill gotten gains (very ill)) makes them tone deaf?
