Block on site, I mean sight. Or site.

Either way, if you can't punch a MAGAt, block a MAGAt.
Now that they destroyed their own neighborhood, the Maga/Elon trolls are rolling in to BlueSky.

My recommendation is to block early, on the first offense, without explanation.

Here are my rules why I block them:

It's only 4 years if we're lucky. If not, this will be a pain that lingers.
I love scary movies but living in one for 4 years seems a little excessive.

This account is such a mix of my hobbies, politics, and other interests that my timeline is a mess. Even feeds don't seem to help.

What happens to my posts if delete my account and start over?

Billionaires are the black holes of the sociopolitical universe.

They hunger endlessly.

Their reach extends beyond any imagination.

Most importantly, they cannot be introduced to any existing stable system without inevitably destroying it.

Cash from dictatorships and shell companies is entering the political system via legal loopholes

Again, billionaires are like black holes:

They have insatiable hunger.

They have enormous reach.

They rewrite the basic rules that apply to everything around them.

Introduce one to any existing stable system will always result in that system's inevitable destruction.

Always.

The incoming administration fits perfectly with 45's real estate standard operating procedures.

The first step in any renovation is demolishing the existing structure.

He is nominating a wrecking crew, not a Cabinet.

@briantylercohen.bsky.social - the article is about his mother disavowing this earlier email. Please, we mustn't sacrifice truth for victory. Civility, reason, logic, yes. But we cannot weaponize untruths.

According to ‘The Hill,’
AOC is considering a 2028 run for president.

God strongly supports @aoc.bsky.social for president in 2028. She is brilliant and has the courage of her convictions. People follow courage.

This is one of the co-creators of The Young Turks.

He's gone darkside.

(They evidently have cookies.)
yes yes we all know what he means but always funny when people use the word “establishment” in a way that excludes the last 8 years of Republican Party leadership, a dozen billionaires including the richest man in human history, Fox News, etc

MAGA is "political meth."

I prefer to think of it as "political fentanyl" because it targets the same audience:

Those who lost their jobs due to technology's inexorable March forward

Those who realized being male and white wasn't enough to make it in life.

Those who needed to live in fantasy.
What Trumpism did was provide a way for deeply unhappy people to spend their time instead of doing anything to change their circumstances

It's like meth in the form of a so-called "political movement"

Some brief kicks, but your teeth will probably fall out because the DHHS Secretary hates fluoride

Need to kill Citizens United and do a full forensics and accounting of all campaign finances and donations.

Right and left. I'd like everybody to see who held back on Biden and Pelosi tiptoes around.

If I had to prioritize, I'd say Citizens United was the most damaging and dangerous ruling from the Roberts court even over Dobbs and Hobby Lobby. Yes, even over Presidential Immunity.

Citizens United was the first domino to topple, and it fed into all the rest.

Remember, both world wars were acknowledged as such only in hindsight.

During the first years of either war, the uninvolved nations viewed those initial conflicts as "Somebody else's problem."

I think it prudent to consider ourselves at the start of World War Three. As always, you do you.
