Art accesses parts of the brain that conversation and logic can’t reach. It helps teams express what’s hard to say, see patterns, and imagine new solutions. Research from Drexel University shows that 45 minutes of creative activity significantly reduces cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone.

Something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately. Technology reflects who we are as a species—our values will guide the outcomes. Social media has been a powerful example of how we as a society show up. In that sense, AI is holding up a mirror to humanity. What do we truly want to amplify?

Mini mural for the Garden or patio. My newest project.

Spirit in Bloom” – 6ft x 8ft hand-painted fence panel

A sculpted face rises from a sea of wildflowers, wrapped in tropical leaves and sunlight. This piece is about rootedness, rebirth, and the quiet power of being held by nature.

Some days are harder than others to keep a positive attitude. Im finding that I MUST avoid the news and often social media right now.
To keep my head space clear and creative requires me to stay focused on what’s working and how I can make it work better where it’s needed. Solution oriented today

If you had the opportunity to utilize a mural to help your community, what would you want to see in the design of the art piece?

Public art has the power to inform, uplift and unite communities. Telling stories in a beautiful and powerful way. Share your thoughts.

Installed this yesterday in Ft. Worth at Rex’s Sports Bar &Grill. The mural art we create celebrates community, helps small business and brings smiles. Love doing this for a living!

About a year ago I filed a federal lawsuit to fight for the 1st Amendment and won. We stood up for our client, ourselves and everyone who values art and freedom of expression. The city amended their ordinance & everyone wins. Pacific Legal Foundation made it possible & did it for free.
So grateful.

Would love to paint a tribute mural to First Responders for any town or City like the one we designed for the 100 Club in Cleburne, Texas. Who do you think would want one?
