YES - And is anyone looking into Batteries now?
Hopefully we are on Batteries now where we were on Solar just 2012 or so.
So a lot still to come!
Learning Curve effects can be magic - when you manage to scale.
Important message also for #Europe we need to plan for scale

Generally agree - but I think the most interesting aspect here is:
- The technology and innovatinon is actually delivering better and cheaper solutions to decarbonize than anticipated
- It is politics and the wider public supporting anti-climate policies that is dragging us down

There is still a Chance, if thy scale EV volumes fast and strengthen collaboration to scale.
But little hope if everybody tries to go on his own alone

Some sources talk about #battery price levels around 50-70 USD/Kwh - which would be a massive step forward.
Imo such a step would make all pre-2024 forecasts on the potential for batteries to stabilize the grid and support #Solar growth outdated.

When Will Battery Prices Fall, and By How Much? | Power Systems Research
Battery cell prices have already fallen significantly, a trend that is expected to continue. This could promise battery costs of less than half of their current costs.

Don't quite fully get it: Anybody knows more about today's #battery prices for professional large volume buyers?
Many sources still report prices of around 100 USD/Kwh which is a good but still limited progress compared to previous years.

BNEF: Lithium-ion battery pack prices drop to record low of $115/kWh
Battery prices continue to tumble on the back of lower metal costs and increased scale, squeezing margins for manufacturers. Further price declines are expected over the next decade.

Guess Electricity should be the easy fix with Solar + Wind + Batteries for the next 10 years.

Hopefully Denmark can show Brazil to see a future in food industry beyond meat! Super crucial, as Brazil is a meat powerhouse
