Yes, in the state constitution of Texas, Parents are encouraged to participate in formulating the curriculum they want their children to learn....Actually, teachers do have to conform to our agenda in this sense...that includes prayer in school if we choose it....

This country was founded on Christian principles, not Islam, or Buddha or atheism....Won't hurt the kids to learn some Christian morals in school.....Parents pay the taxes, we decide......The department of education does not get to decide for us---

No, only fed. government-run education is the enemy. The federal government was never given the powers by the constitution to impose itself in education--those powers belong to the states. The Dept of Edu. needs to go. In 2018, the U.S. ranked 38th in math scores and 24th in science.
