Is a healthy relation with Instagram possible? Scheduling IG’s deletion due to difficulty imposing boundaries, then relapsing back on it sucks. I’m on relapse urge number 3. I want to keep it, but never use it. If it’s there, I excessively use it; no seeming in between unfortunately.

When devices limit our motion, thoughts that once guided us now demand motion, shifting, growing and worsening the more we sit, consume and stuff with said devices. An endless fire extinguished by intrusive thoughts trying to scare you into motion.

Constantly set your lock/home screens to goals if you’re always going to be on them. Mine reminds me to never rejoin Instagram again from occurring, though I haven’t relapsed, hopefully never again.

I’ve returned! Take an OC redesign sketch I enjoyed enough to render. My design process makes many quick sketches not worthy of refinement until a certain point, so this is all I have. That weird picture is what inspired that drawing.
