Characters grow and change t/o the story. #danmei #queersky #booksky One person's relationship is not the same as another's. This, to me, is a story of what the MC and ML need, not what others believe they should need. A bit of informal Dom/Sub seems to fit their personalities. The translation is a bit awkward at times, but not so much that it distracts. Chinese danmei authors have an odd fixation with kissing that leads to bitten, bleeding lips. I'd love some perspective on this.

Shopping Barberton, Ohio. Found a lovely used bookstore with a basket of wrapped books and only a teaser to entice. For $2 ea, I bought almost all of them. Will unwrap, one at a time, when I'm ready for a new read.
