This app isn't supposed to be exclusive to a specific group of people. It's more about its identity and currently BlueSky doesn't really have one. That isn't a negative, but it would be a bit bizarre to miss out on an opportunity to increase growth by neglecting users that have appreciated TikTok.

Or just assign it to a separate section of our Timelines. I personally dislike the clutter of images and video media in the text feed.

I'm not sure this is a good strategy tbh. Profiles already have a media feed which is obviously useful as it helps organize media based posts and text based posts. We could absolutely employ the same logic to our timelines. Plus Tiktok will be banned soon, so implementing this would be very welcome.

I'm not sure I agree with this personally. Tiktok will be banned in the US, and an alternative option to view videos in a social media app like this would be extremely welcome and well timed. BlueSky would end up beating X at their own game. Plus it would reduce video clutter from timelines.
