Some of the things you mentioned rang bells for my husbands Long Covid and have got me reading about the piturity gland. He actually has a "mans" check up at gp today conveniently. So I'm going to ask for blood tests to check on his piturity gland and see if it shows anything that might help.

For further explanation my husband has Long Covid, I've actually worked there 9 years so they know us and have seen what Covid did to him. There's a little mean part of me that would like karma to strike so they just know that I'm not being over dramatic. That covid conscious is a thing is important
