Finally, the "resources" you're talking about are research-based information and facilities that are critical to the study and improvement of any drug, gender-based or otherwise. This is the "Big Phrama" wheelhouse. Scientific study and creation can't be done without resources.

Second, you’re using a rage-baiting term. Pharmaceutical science and drug development require, by default, huge investment and corporate size and structure. There’s no such thing as “Big Pharma” because it’s not possible to have “Small Pharma.” There are no Mom-and-Pop pharmaceutical creators.

I think you (and Justice Thomas) are conflating “evidence that we don’t agree with” and “questionable evidence.” The vast majority of research—past and current—agrees that gender-affirming care is helpful to the health of trans people of all ages. (1/2)
