It’s been a year since I started focusing on my physical and mental well-being, and as I approach my 56th birthday, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come. I’ve been vegetarian for over 15 years and have fully embraced veganism, along with a consistent workout routine. This is achievable for anyone.

If I had known then what I know now about staying physically fit and healthy, life would have been a bit more peaceful. I’m so glad I’m moving in the right direction and looking forward to turning 56 in a few months!

To my boy KoZmo has to have dental surgery done. So not all chewy treats are good for doggy. Just like us humans dental hygiene is very important for over health..
