I wouldn't count on Qualcomm being a good sport. Yes they will open source it eventually, but it will probably be a jumbeld mess of patches that they don't feel like keeping up-to-date.

Those are my expectations seeing how non-trivial it usually is to support Qualcomm processors in OpenWRT.

Going from 1080p to 4K when you are working with detailed drawings. It makes a big difference when viewing schematics for example

I am still using a Raspberry Pi 3B for my home automation and network applications. It has been very stable after configuring it to not trash the SD card.

Although I did run into some issues with certain applications not supporting the old ARM architecture of the RPi 3B and 4
