Builders build McMansions on tiny lots bc they make big bucks on them. They have no interest in building affordable, Craftsman quality, 12-1,500 sq ft homes on larger lots like they used to. Banks & flipper venture capitalists buy up foreclosures & fixer uppers. It’s a greedy market.

I think Elon will spill the rigging info for a deal and won’t pay for what he did and is still doing in other countries around the world, until someday a decade from now, he finally just withdraws from the world. Not all if any of his 14? offspring will align with him. $$$ doesn’t buy happiness…
