Baklava. I’m all for syrup enhanced sweets but terrorizing the roof of your mouth with hard sheets of phyllo stuffed with rocky pebbles of nut crystallized in honey syrup cannot hold a candle to the creamy γαλακτομπούρεκο goodness or honestly ANY other Greek sweet.
