But with a bit more research, I've found that the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) ranks it overall at 4,466 out of 32,844 communities in England, the 14th percentile.
So 13% of English communities are more challenged.

As well as generally insulting people, this cosseted Tory has just shown us how sheltered, out of touch, and ignorant he is.

And if anywhere in the UK looks like a slum, how did 14yrs of Tory Govt help?
