Obv Joker is Avatar, but I also think it's quite obvious as well that Ann and Ryuji would be Katata and Sokka. As for Toph, probably Makoto?

Wow this is a blast from the past. I haven't thought of this anime in years. Definitely enjoyed it as a kid, but idk how I'll feel if I go back and watch it.
