Very slowly picking apart the Autism diagnosis I got back at the beginning of the year
Better understanding of which parts are “Oh that’s the ADHD” “Oop, yeah nah that’s the Autism”
Also connecting the dots to how long I’ve been compensating for it, and how burnt-out my brain is now as a result. 😬

Got ADHD levels involved in an annoying task. Dropped into a hole and just kept doing it and doing it and so forgot my afternoon meds and then all of a sudden crashed out, feelin' really frustrated with the stupid task and now all wound up and anxious.
