Malahide castle is one of my favorite places I’ve ever been! It’s about 10 miles NE of Dublin. There are little fairy houses all around the garden in a trail and a butterfly house! Plus the castle is super cool.

Current grants are under contract for the amount that included whatever the institution’s indirect rate is. I can’t see how this reduction could happen legally. I’m putting this on the list of Things that were Announced This Week that are Illegal.

😧🤬 This would be catastrophic for future grants. But how can they do this for current grants? The indirect rates are already negotiated with each institution. Are they going to review each recipient’s budget and reduce the award amount to have 15% indirect for the remainder of the project period?
