The whole look of it, the skin tone mismatching (make up errors vs lighting effects), the way the hair doesn't really move with the facial expressions/mouth as she talks, the robot voice like enunciating. It feels off.

Closed April 30th. Took almost two years to find something in my budget, regardless of interest rates. Approved for mortgage Aug 2023. Live/work in uni town with high demand & lots of investors, airbnb, wealth from student population. Prices going up still. Consider myself 'lucky' in this market.
