Everyone starts somewhere! I used gundam markers for yeeears. Just go slow, enjoy the moment and don't beat yourself up if you make a mistake. The point is to just have fun. :)

I use an airbrush but you're gonna be surprised how little you need. Do thin coats, let dry, don't try to do it all in one pass.
