In basic form, it’s the story about an unconfident human-mermaid girl who becomes a newly-recruited guardian of the seas, who learns confidence and inner beauty along the way. Sirens, sea monsters, and middle school mean girls get in the way.

I also hope the same to you, because I feel books like that would be extremely impactful for the child reading them!
