I did it for 2023 and had such an amazing year! I skipped 2024 for some reason and I still had a good year, but I definitely felt off track with my goals

I have PMDD and I’ve been using stardust to track my cycle! it helps a TON knowing when you’re in the luteal phase. my doctor prescribed me something to take during that time, but pepcid AC works too! I tried it after seeing it on TT and when it worked, I ended up going to the doctor 😇
