In view of the allegations against the ICC Chief Prosecutor & the role of the Independent Oversight Mechanism (IOM), I have updated the CLICC comment on Rome Statute article 112(4). I also think the Report of the Bureau, ICC-ASP/8/2, 15 April 2009 is worth a read.
