Never heard of it! My wife is a huge Moonie and can recommend sites to try your luck with the プレイディア セーラームーン search if you are ever seriously hoping to buy one, but we didn't see any up currently. Neat to hear about, though!

Bit of a cop-out answer, but perhaps Bloom is a Retron that plays a wide variety of older games using the original cartridges.

No, I believe in organic growth and real relationships, so I think this is on the talents. An agency could ease the comms/scheduling burden, especially among unofficial 'sister agencies' that have a good relationship. "If you ever want to collab with someone from XYZ, I'll call my contact."
June 13, 2025 at 7:44 PM
No. A company should FACILITATE sponsorships by being a good point of contact and vetting entity for their talents. But "should provide" suggests a quota, not a quality, and that they will be focusing on selling their talents to advertisers, which I find unpalatable. Make it easier, don't assign.

3. I suspect that part of the solution is treating it like freelance with frequent contract renewal. That would create a balance where a talent could easily leave if they did not like directorial changes. But that's a bit at odds with the big upfront costs and audience growth of vtubing. Tough!

2. If you want to make changes after hire, that's much more complicated. You have an obligation to maintain the quality of your brand, and no one expects an actor to just do whatever they want. But it is morally repugnant and creates bad outcomes to try to force a fit, especially with no 'end'.

A mix, but I'd like to focus on two ideas:
1. If your Directorial Vision includes a part that serves a specific role/content, and you are transparent with applicants auditioning the role, I think that isn't wise but is fair play.

A lot to learn here.

My perspective is much more "Performer is also the director. Management works for the performers to efficiently provide skills and so that the talent can focus on creating" than "Performer is like an actor. One piece of the full production, who has limited autonomy".
Truth is likely in the middle.

Kickstarter tier "You will impact the plot of the game!" but it's just hundreds of different Backerkits with prompts like "Suppose you were a (villainous rubber magnate) and someone told you that (thing) what would you say?"

Nifty, if hubristic, idea though!

Hope to see you Saturday! Will you be doing any talks or performances besides the M&G? Should I bring my wallet for any Dea merch?

Samalilia did a great job!

Drying all that hair after is going to take ages!

Cute mug!
My little fam went to one of those places that lets you paint on dishware that they then fire for you to keep. Painting is hard so the art isn't perfect, but it's something to cherish.

Looking forward to it!

This turned out great! Looks like we need Dee in a Shantae game! Thanks for your hard work.

I feel like "using good sharp cooking knives that actually cut things" and "listening to music on nice headphones" are similar cursed-knowledge experiences. I haven't taken the plunge on tailored clothes yet, but I'm glad yours is a winner!

Bummer! We'll get back to streaming soon. Looking forward to your return. Glad that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel from here!

Thanks for supporting a great cause, Aila and the Denizens! Your definition of 'skrunkle' is alarmingly polished but it's great to see quick art take form like that.

Emotions unlocked after the birth of my first child. That's when I started tearing up at emotional games and films. Or maybe they just turn on between age 25-30?

Feel better soon!
One of the first "bad" games I remember is "Bart vs The Space Mutants" for NES. I could barely figure out how to play, let alone have fun with it. But back then you played what you had, so I spent too long replaying first level.

If you have a TJs nearby, the dark chocolate covered marshmallows are simply marvelous.
