People who are on OM can change plans at any time if they can pass underwriting. In some states, you don't even have to pass underwriting. No need to wait for open enrollment.

Go to an agent and see if they can help you find a way to pass the underwriting questions for a different company. Not all are as strict as United Healthcare.

You're wrong. This is the first time pre-approvals have EVER been required for Original Medicare. OM allowed doctors to use their skills to make good decisions without government intervention. Less government is better, right?

What did you decide? I'm interviewing agents now. I'm going to choose Medigap N or HDG. No idea which company yet. I'm in Ohio.

My insurance covers it, but it's $750 per month! BlinkRx claims they have a coupon to take the price down to a measly $225 <eye roll>. It's much cheaper in Canada, but the drug is backordered.

I have no idea if we still have a real FDA or not. Looks like they're replacing leaders of all the regulatory organizations with MagaNut jobs.

Let us know what price they quote you. They sent me a letter saying that I could get $0 refills for a year. After my first fill, the price went up to $225. Bait and switch.

THANK YOU for sharing this info! I'm checking international pharmacies to see what I can find. Unfortunately, all the Canadian sites I've check so far say "Miebo" is on backorder. In addition to that, the Canadian sites are warning that Trump tariffs will raise the price, so please order by Aug 29.
