He also can't guarantee he has any understanding of even the most basic fundamentals of economic theory, let alone how a tariff, or multitudes of them, actually work.

The fact that he is clearly so ignorant of actual world events as to generalize like them to the extent of an 8th grader or the fact that he doesn't realize he is part of WHY "the world is going a little crazy right now."
