I think it would make it possible for you to reach out to a wider demographic with a massage only site as a licensed therapist.
Really it just something you need to determine if you have the time to manage two sites and 2 calendars.

Not defending, but he's probably had that behavior reinforced by others. Some will say yes in hopes of getting something else out of it. I've never asked, nor should any client, for free time. I have been asked by providers to "just hang out", or "grab drinks" after a paid session.

I agree, it should feel less transactional, for both parties. I hate that I know people that "haggle" right down to the end, or just toss money.

Do you have a favorite spot in DFW for jazz? For comparison, when I'm in Denver I like Nocturne, but haven't found a place in DFW area yet.

I've found that a nice card works, or if I know they're a reader, handing them a copy of a book I've enjoyed with any monetary items inside the cover.
