If a pizza was made by a Mexican, it's not "real", "authetic" pizza, even if the exact recipe was created by the blood of Italians. If a Dim sum was served by an Arab, or a succotash was made by a Nigerian, or a Biryani was made by an Aussie, etc, it would be considered "illegitimate".
