They call me the greatest. 'Cause I'm not very good, and they're being sarcastic.

He/Him

Also, that album is so fucking good! I prefer the original mix for the rest of the album, but the Welles narration on A Dream Within a Dream is a strong argument for the remix.

I wonder if this is a "we've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas" from a company that never really wanted to build EVs to begin with

You have my attention

Also, I'm glad it wasn't Iggy (their 2000s lighting guy) saying this, since he seemed like a pretty cool dude the couple times I talked to him. It would have led it more credence.

I mean, the dude doesn't give any context or explanation. So while I tend to agree in general with the "don't meet your heroes" idea, in this particular case I think it can be safely discarded.

They sell music too, if you'd prefer to own your albums in downloadable FLACs. They're a great option for buying music from bands who aren't on Bandcamp

"giving the consumer control, more options, greater ease" Except of course the options of seeing their productions in theaters or buying them on physical media. Can't have those.

I yearn for the future where the Cardinal starts running daily

I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. 😆

TIL, that's fucking depressing
December 6, 2025 at 1:20 AM
Damn! Loved The Redwalls. One of the best 'throwback' bands from that era.

Can't wait! Super exciting

Factor is legitimately pretty solid. Bit pricey though.

Dang. I'm always *very* quick to self-censor myself (sometimes to the point I never actually respond) when replying to accounts on here. I'm always terrified I'll accidentally say something to get myself blocked. Tone is so hard to convey online sometimes.

Last bubble killed Sun Microsystems, it would be somewhat fitting if the AI bubble killed Oracle

The "trick" is to not have enough money to leave the store with an instrument. Then the worst that can happen is you end up with a bunch of accessories. I can't "accidentally" buy a new bass if I can't afford one, lol
November 14, 2025 at 4:19 PM
It's *so* good!
November 8, 2025 at 8:46 PM
Anecdotally, each store only got a few (they only sell by the whole pie). People seem to have had trouble even finding a store that knew what they were talking about (likely managers not passing the word on to the employees). Good luck finding one!

Absolutely gorgeous! Super excited

Yup, same! I had the original Pebble and it was everything I ever wanted in a smartwatch (though my Moto 360 was pretty cool too). Impatiently waiting for my Pebble 2 Duo to ship

Oh yeah! They had Superman too! Dang, forgot that one existed until now
