I want to make this very clear. I am not equating the severity of Trump's pardons with Biden and pardoning his son(who was a victim of the right trying to incriminate Biden).

No one knows what will happen, but there will be a tipping point if the crazy keeps going. What that is though? Who the hell knows, because it hasn't happened yet surprisingly.

For better or worse but the framers really must have believed in the judgement of the presidents to come.
December 4, 2024 at 3:07 PM
It did but I'm not sure how much that changes. Democrats as a whole still aren't running on big economic reform and mostly on social issues. I just hope that after these 4 years that are coming, people open their damn eyes.

No, but we all know what he did and yet he still got elected. That is the whole reason for the high road comment I made. Democrats are screwed whether they do the "right" thing or not.

In the strict sense yes, was their political motivation to go after his son? Of course. I want to make it clear that not all presidential pardons are equal and context matters.
December 4, 2024 at 2:53 PM
What made you think that?
December 4, 2024 at 2:50 PM
I thought people voted for Trump mainly to have economic change in this country? What happened to that agenda? Does it not matter anymore? Or did it never?
December 4, 2024 at 2:18 PM
Any reasonable person on the left would agree that it is an abuse of power, while at the same time acknowledging that taking the "high road" doesn't seem to matter. There still was no public apology by the right for trying to implicate Biden in crimes and they wasted tax-payer money for nothing.

Don't worry, the Trump voters didn't vote for anything besides economic prosperity that will be brought forth by the messiah that Trump is, because that was what his whole campaign was about RIGHT?!?!

The fact that there is no repercussions for flat out lies like this that are misinformation is disheartening.

I am just hooked on the opening hook ahhh-ahhhhh. I feel you on that though, a fun watch that has just enough to keep it entertaining. Another of those I am kind of glad I didn't read.

Not sure why this is the stance you have taken. The country proved what it wanted with this election. They want someone to lie to them and like the guy who does it. Neither side was going to be what the people wanted if we are being honest, but obviously one was just going to make it worse.
