THANKFULLY my HOA is pretty chill, plus they take care of all the stuff I don’t want to. Can you see me mowing a lawn or cleaning the gutters? Lol. Sure they send out obnoxious newsletters telling us what we can’t do, but it rarely seems enforced. Then again, I think I’m a good tenant? Lol

Unfortunately they’ve kept track of your travel habits for well over ten years. Again, I don’t think it’s a change in policy, but something you can opt into if you want. Lyft has had this for months

As a driver, I don’t 100% agree on driver vs rider safety. There have been tons of assaults from both sides, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s near 50/50. Rideshare companies have driver IDs and regularly do background checks and driving records.

Drivers can get just as nervous giving rides to strangers. Verified accounts give more accountability. AFAIK, it’s completely voluntary and optional
